1. Purpose

This policy ("AUP") describes which behaviour is allowed and which is prohibited on the UGCBG.eu Platform. Breach may lead to warning, temporary restriction, freezing of escrow funds or permanent account termination without refund.

2. Prohibited content

  • Illegal content (drugs, weapons, contraband).
  • Gambling advertising without a licence in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Financial / investment promises, pyramid schemes, crypto pump-and-dumps.
  • Medical/healing claims without scientific basis; advertising of supplements in breach of food law.
  • Hate speech, discrimination by race, gender, religion, orientation.
  • Harassment, threats, doxxing.
  • Sexually explicit content (NSFW) — except in an explicit 18+ category, if it exists, and after additional verification.
  • Content targeting/using minors at risk.
  • Copyright and trademark infringement.

3. Prohibited behaviour

  • Spam (mass irrelevant applications, copy-paste messages).
  • Buying, selling or swapping followers, likes, views, engagement (engagement pods).
  • Attempts to move communication and payment off the Platform before accepting a campaign (anti-disintermediation).
  • Attempts at reverse engineering, scraping or automated data extraction.
  • Attempts to bypass rate limits, CSRF protection, KYC.
  • Multiple accounts by the same person to artificially inflate ratings.
  • Misleading statistics, fake ratings, sham reviews.

4. Prohibited communication

  • Phishing, identity spoofing.
  • Sharing third-party personal data without consent.
  • Soliciting intimate images, inappropriate in-person meetings, exchange of personal data before campaign start.

5. Technical prohibitions

  • DDoS, brute-force, port-scan, fuzz-testing the Platform without written permission.
  • Uploading malware, ransomware, worms.
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities. If you find one, contact security@ugcbg.eu (responsible disclosure).

6. Consequences

Escalating measures:

  1. Warning.
  2. Temporary restriction (new campaigns, messaging).
  3. Freezing of escrow funds pending clarification.
  4. Account termination without refund of paid commissions.
  5. In serious cases — referral to the competent authorities.

7. Right to report

If you witness a breach, you may report it to abuse@ugcbg.eu. Anonymous reports are accepted. The Platform keeps reporter confidentiality to a reasonable extent.
